  • Long-distance moves from Texas to other states
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Furniture disassembly and reassembly
  • Secure loading and unloading
  • Climate-controlled temporary storage
  • Specialized item handling
  • Custom crating services
  • Senior moving assistance
  • Corporate relocations

We reserve the right to decline service for any lawful reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

We provide free in-home or virtual estimates. Pricing factors include:

  • Move distance
  • Volume and weight of items
  • Special handling requirements
  • Seasonality and scheduling
  • Additional services
  • Access conditions at origin and destination

3.2 Estimates

We offer two estimate types:

Binding Estimates:

  • Final price guaranteed unless inventory or services change.
  • Changes require a revised binding estimate.
  • Written confirmation provided.

Non-Binding Estimates:

  • Good-faith approximations; final price depends on services performed.
  • For interstate moves, the final cost cannot exceed 110% of the estimate.

3.3 Payment Terms

  • 30% deposit required to secure your moving date.
  • Remaining balance due upon service completion.
  • Full payment required for long-distance moves before unloading.
  • All payment terms must be confirmed in writing.

3.4 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Cash
  • Certified checks
  • Business checks (pre-approved only)

3.5 Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Unlisted items in the inventory
  • Changes to the destination address
  • Excessive walking distances
  • Specialty packing materials
  • Storage services
  • Hoisting or additional labor
  • Parking permits or fees
  • Shuttle services, if required

All additional charges will be disclosed and approved beforehand.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ days before move: 100% deposit refund.
  • 3-6 days before move: 50% deposit refund.
  • Less than 3 days: No deposit refund.

4.2 Rescheduling Terms

  • First rescheduling: Free with 3+ days’ notice.
  • Subsequent rescheduling: $50 fee.
  • Less than 3 days’ notice: $100 fee.
  • Weather-related changes handled on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 Refund Procedures

  • Service satisfaction issues must be reported within 7 days.
  • Written claims are required for refund requests.
  • Claims reviewed within 5 business days.
  • Resolution provided within 14 business days.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Basic Liability Coverage

  • Standard coverage: $0.60 per pound per article.
  • Included at no extra cost, compliant with Texas law.

5.2 Full Value Protection

  • Optional coverage for repair, replacement, or cash settlement.
  • Various deductible options available.

5.3 High-Value Items

Items requiring special declaration:

  • Valued over $1,000 individually or $100+ per pound.
  • Antiques, fine art, electronics, and specialized equipment.

5.4 Packing Liability

  • Liability applies to professionally packed items.
  • Limited coverage for customer-packed items.
  • Special items may require professional packing.

5.5 Prohibited Items

We cannot transport:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Perishables
  • Illegal substances
  • Explosives or flammable items

6. Service Execution

6.1 Packing Services

  • Premium materials used.
  • Room-by-room approach.
  • Detailed inventory created.
  • Special items wrapped individually.

6.2 Loading and Unloading

  • Trained professionals with proper equipment.
  • Furniture, floor, and wall protection included.

6.3 Transportation

  • Modern, GPS-equipped fleet.
  • Climate-controlled options.
  • Regular updates provided.

6.4 Delivery Windows

  • Local moves: Same-day delivery.
  • Long-distance moves: Scheduled delivery windows with updates.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Information Requirements

  • Provide accurate inventory and access details.
  • Notify us of special requirements or restrictions.

7.2 Presence Requirements

  • Be present or designate an authorized representative.
  • Valid ID required.

7.3 Valuable Items

Transport personally:

  • Jewelry, watches, documents, medical supplies, financial instruments, and sentimental items.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Complaint Process
